This process is applicable only to individuals who are already registered with the ERB and wish to apply for an upgrade or request a change to a different category of registration.

How to Link Your Application with Your Email ID:
1. Go to the Registration Portal.
2. Click on “Link your application with email ID.”
3. Enter your Registration Number exactly as it appears on your ERB Certificate, then click Search.
4. Once your details are found, proceed to create your login credentials (username and password).
5. After creating your login, click on the Login button (highlighted in purple).
6. Use your newly created credentials to log in, then click Registration Process
7. Go to Change of Category
8. Click on Edit to open your application.
9. Capture and update details accordingly.
10. Scroll down to Registration documents.
11. Attach newly certified documents, A1.6 Form, Certificates of conduct and Character x3, Including CV. If it is a Professional application, attach a Competency report as well.
12. Click on Save Draft button and open to verify your application complete before final submission.
13. Click on Save Final button to submit your new application.

PAYMENT GUIDELINES
Kindly note an invoice will be generated by the system when your application has passed the desktop assessment by the Registration Officer.
You shall receive an email notification with guidelines to make payment.
